Our twin room had a nice design and a great view, making it very accommodating. the hotel is in a marvelous location close to the opera house, shopping malls, Ben Thanh market, and convenient stores. - An electric kettle and refrigerators were available in the room, which was convenient.

The location here is excellent, just next to a bus stop, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes with a variety of delicious food.

The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a variety of food options to choose from. We especially appreciated its location near Ben Thanh market, allowing us to easily explore the local area on foot.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to attractions like Ben Thanh market and the opera house. the rooms are modern, well-equipped, and very clean. the beds are comfortable and the walk-in showers are a plus. the staff provides exceptional customer service, offering great tour and restaurant recommendations. There is also a bar in the adjacent building and a coffee bar at the hotel.

Some rooms have limited natural light with windows facing walls, resulting in a lack of daylight.

Spacious Double Room: I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the double room was. It felt like stepping into a luxurious suite with its modern amenities and tasteful decor. The private bathroom was a highlight, boasting a refreshing shower and a hairdryer that worked like a charm!

Water Pressure: The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the low water pressure in the shower. However, this was easily overlooked considering the overall quality of my experience.

The value for the price I paid was great, the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and a famous market within walking distance. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and were always ready to assist.

Stayed at Triple E Hotel Metro Ben Thanh for one night before an early morning flight. the hotel was perfectly located near the bus station, making it easy to access the airport by taxi. Plenty of restaurants and cafes were nearby. the staff were super helpful and there was a nice touch of free early morning coffee in the reception area.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice view of Bitexco tower. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.
